Notice a change?  I spent the evening redesigning my blog.  I hope you like it! You’ll find 3 little squares just above this post – links to my facebook page, an RSS feed of my blog, and my twitter account.  Follow me on twitter!  I can’t promise masterful tweets, as I can’t yet figure the […]

You’ll find 3 little squares just above this post – links to my facebook page, an RSS feed of my blog, and my twitter account.  Follow me on twitter!  I can’t promise masterful tweets, as I can’t yet figure the thing out, but maybe something interesting will pop up there now and again.  You never know what you’ll see :)

As always, I’d love your comments, especially on the new look!

Almost 3

Saturday, on a fabulously nice day for November, I met A and her family at the park. A is also in Daniel’s nursery school class, so I see her quite a lot, but it was so nice to spend some time with her and her family outside of school. Turns out she’s a big Dora fan. And she loves cheese!

We had a great time playing with leaves, and her bunny, and generally being silly. And sometimes serious.

Here’s baby brother D, who thinks dad is very funny.

And the whole family together:

Overdue sneak peek

October 16th, 2009

This past weekend, I did a bunch of mini sessions as a fundraiser for my kids’ nursery school.  Well, I was supposed to do a bunch, but weather and illness had other plans, so I did half of a bunch.  The other half have been rescheduled.  (Though the weather this weekend has other plans too.  Enough with the rain!)

I usually try to get sneak peeks up within a day or 2 of the sessions, but it doesn’t always happen.  Like this time.  Better late than never, right?

Here’s J and his family.  He’s a sweet little bundle of energy!  We even went “fishing” in the lake with a piece of grass, though we didn’t catch anything.

Sunday, I got to meet Miss S and her family, including her little brother, O.  We had a good time together, though I think S thought I was crazy!

Her little brother is quite the ham!  He kept cracking me up with his funny faces.  I’m pretty sure he was only putting up with me for the candy I had.

What a beautiful family!

Unfortunately, I’ve only had time to get one image from this family edited.  I promise a few more soon though.  These guys were full of personality!

Stay tuned for the next installment of fundraiser sessions as soon as the weather clears…whenever that is!

Full of smiles

October 4th, 2009

This afternoon I got to meet baby L (yes, it’s been a very busy weekend).  Mom and Dad are friends of ours, and we’ve seen little L here and there, but never really got to spend any amount of time with him.  He’s 3 months old now, and so full of smiles!  But not at […]

He recently discovered his fingers and how yummy they are!

2 + 2

October 4th, 2009

This morning, I met up with J and K, twins who recently turned 2.  I’ve known these guys for a few weeks – they’re in Daniel’s nursery school class, but I’ve never really gotten to spend any time with them at school.  What cuties!  Full of energy, and the sweetest eyes! Here’s J, who loves […]

Here’s J, who loves trucks, and gathered quite a collection of leaves, pine cones and rocks as we walked around.

And this is K.  Just love these eyes!  Daniel’s quite smitten with her, and always talks about her when we ask him about school.

When you’ve got a twin, there’s always someone to share a joke with.

And it’s always nice to take off your shoes and feel the breeze in your toes.

J and E

October 3rd, 2009

Today I got to meet Miss E and little J.  These kids were total dolls.  E was totally enamored with the rocks and leaves in the park – she may have a future as a geologist!  She was full of energy too, but did manage to sit down for a little bit of princess play: […]

Love these lashes!

And here’s Mr J.  So sweet.  This was a serious moment from him, but he did share plenty of smiles too!

Girly Frills!

September 18th, 2009

I’ve been eyeing pettiskirts for a while, but as the mother of 2 boys, I hadn’t yet succumbed.  Fortunately for all my little girl clients, I came across a labor day sale, and finally hit the “submit order” button.  And oh, are they girly! I needed someone to model them though.  My little boys just […]

I needed someone to model them though.  My little boys just aren’t pettiskirt lovers.  One of my good friends has an almost 3 year old daughter who was happy to wear the “tutus” and play princess with me.

The pettiskirts are here, and oh so cute!  Just let me know if you’d like to use them for a session with your little princess!
